PyleUSA is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing data trends across various departments, utilizing data modeling to identify and correct errors, and proficient in tools like Power BI and SQL databases. This role demands an individual who can work autonomously, has a strong penchant for teaching, and possesses the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Data Trend Analysis: Analyze and interpret data trends across different departments to support strategic decision-making.
• Data Modeling: Develop and refine data models to identify and correct data inaccuracies and inefficiencies.
• Power BI Expertise: Use Power BI for advanced data visualization, creating insightful dashboards and reports.
• SQL Database Management: Utilize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from various databases.
• Identifying Business Deficiencies: Employ data analytics to uncover deficiencies or areas for improvement in business processes.
• Independent Operation & Instruction: Work independently, requiring minimal supervision, and provide guidance and teaching to team members and other departments about data analytics.
• Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable, and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and continuously improve personal and team capabilities.

• Proven experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
